It was not a surprise when I discovered that most of the lullabies my sisters and friends use come from Disney. I’m sure you’re not surprised, either.

I personally sing the same lullabies to my kids each night, and each child has his/her own special song. It helps me connect to them in a special way, and softens my heart even if we had a rough day together.

If you’re looking for some sweet, soothing tunes to sing, you’re in the right place! My sisters and I have compiled 14 of the sweetest Disney lullabies for you, so you can choose a special one (or 10!) for the little ones in your life. I included the lyrics below the videos so you don’t have to hunt them down!

Now excuse me while I go bawl my eyes out. These lullabies get me every time.

*I obviously do not own any of the lullabies, videos, or lyrics. That’s all Disney.

14 of the Best Disney Lullabies

1. “Avaloran Lullaby” from Elena of Avalor

Evening is a-falling, so rest your weary head
Don’t cry little baby, sleep tight in your bed
The jaquins are a-nestling, way up in the trees
The scent of springtime flowers floating on the breeze
The full moon is a-shining in the sky above
Hush now little darling, bundled up with love

2. “You’ll Be in My Heart” from Tarzan

Come stop your crying
It will be alright
Just take my hand
And hold it tight

I will protect you
From all around you
I will be here
Don’t you cry

For one so small,
You seem so strong
My arms will hold you,
Keep you safe and warm
This bond between us
Can’t be broken
I will be here
Don’t you cry

‘Cause you’ll be in my heart
Yes, you’ll be in my heart
From this day on
Now and forever more
You’ll be in my heart
No matter what they say
You’ll be here in my heart
Always

3. “All is Found” from Frozen 2

Where the north wind meets the sea
There’s a river full of memory
Sleep, my darling, safe and sound
For in this river all is found

In her waters, deep and true
Lay the answers and a path for you
Dive down deep into her sound
But not too far or you’ll be drowned

Yes, she will sing to those who’ll hear
And in her song, all magic flows
But can you brave what you most fear?
Can you face what the river knows?Where the north wind meets the sea
There’s a mother full of memory
Come, my darling, homeward bound
When all is lost, then all is found

4. “Remember Me” from Coco

Remember me
Though I have to say goodbye
Remember me
Don’t let it make you cry
For ever if I’m far away
I hold you in my heart
I sing a secret song to you
Each night we are apart
Remember me
Though I have to travel far
Remember me
Each time you hear a sad guitar
Know that I’m with you
The only way that I can be
Until you’re in my arms again
Remember me

5. “Baby Mine” from Dumbo

Baby mine, don’t you cry
Baby mine, dry your eyes
Rest your head close to my heart
Never to part
Baby of mine

Little one, when you play
Don’t you mind what they say
Let those eyes sparkle and shine
Never a tear
Baby of mine

From your head to your toes (Baby mine)
You’re so sweet, goodness knows (Baby mine)
You are so precious to me
Cute as can be
Baby of mine

Baby mine
Baby mine

6. “When You Wish Upon a Star” from Pinocchio

When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you
If your heart is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you wish upon a star
As dreamers do
Fate is kind
She brings to those to love
The sweet fulfillment of
Their secret longing
Like a bolt out of the blue
Fate steps in and sees you through
When you wish upon a star
Your dreams come true

7. “Aloha O`e” from Lilo and Stitch

Aloha ʻoe, aloha ʻoe
E ke onaona noho i ka lipo
One fond embrace,
A hoʻi aʻe au
Until we meet again

8. “La la lu” from Lady and the Tramp

Skip halfway through the video to hear “La La Lu”

La la lu, la la lu
Oh, my little star sweeper
I’ll sweep the stardust for you

La la lu, la la lu
Little soft fluffy sleeper
Here comes a pink cloud for you

La la lu, la la lu
Little wandering angel
Fold up your wings, close your eyes

La la lu, la la lu
And may love be your keeper
La la lu, la la lu, la la lu

There now, little star sweeper
Dream on

9. “Lava” from Lava

A long long time ago
There was a volcano
Living all alone in the middle of the sea

He sat high above his bay
Watching all the couples play
And wishing that he had someone too

And from his lava came
This song of hope that he sang out loud
Every day
For years and years

I have a dream
I hope it will come true
That you’re here with me
And I am here with you
I wish that the earth, sea, and the sky up above
Will send me someone to lava

Years of singing all alone
Turned his lava into stone
Until he was on the brink of extinction
But little did he know
That living in the sea below
Another volcano
Was listening to his song

Everyday she heard his tune
Her lava grew and grew
Because she believed his song was meant for her
Now she was so ready to meet him above the sea
As he sang his song of hope for the last time

I have a dream
I hope it will come true
That you’re here with me
And I am here with you
I wish that the earth, sea, and the sky up above
Will send me someone to lava

Rising from the sea below
Stood a lovely volcano
Looking all around
But she could not see him
He tried to sing to let her know
That she was not there alone
But with no lava, his song was all gone
He filled the sea with his tears
Watched his dreams disappear
As she remembered what his song meant to her

I have a dream
I hope will come true
That you’re here with me
And I am here with you
I wish that the earth, sea, and the sky up above
Will send me someone to lava

Oh they were so happy
To finally meet above the sea
All together now their lava grew and grew
No longer are they all alone
With Aloha as their new home
And when you go and visit them this is what they sing

I have a dream I hope it will come true
That you will grow old with me, and I will grow old with you
We thank the earth, sea, and the sky we thank too
I lava you
I lava you
I lava you

10. “Reindeers Are Better Than People” from Frozen

Kristoff: Reindeers are better than people

Sven, don’t you think that’s true?

Kristoff (As Sven): “Yeah, people will beat you

And curse you and cheat you

Every one of ’em’s bad except you.”

Kristoff: Aww, thanks buddy

But people smell better than reindeers

Sven, don’t you think I’m right?

Kristoff (As Sven): “That’s once again true

For all except you.”

Kristoff: You got me. Let’s call it a night.

Kristoff (As Sven): “Good night.”

Kristoff: Don’t let the frostbite bite.

11. Desert Moon- Aladdin

When the shadows unfold
When the sun hides its gold
When the wind and the cold come calling
When the path isn’t clear
And the stars disappear
As an endless midnight’s falling
At the edge of the sky
There’s a moon hangin’ high
When you’re lost, it’ll try to remind you
On a dark desert night
You can look to the light
‘Cause it’s shining there to find you
Desert moon light the way
‘Til the dark turns to day
Like a lamp in the lonely night
Bright and blue
Desert moon, wild and free
Will it burn just for me?
Shine down, shine down…

12. “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes” from Cinderella

A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you’re fast asleep
In dreams you will lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for, you keep

Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling through
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
The dream that you wish will come true

13. “Lavender’s Blue” from Cinderella

Lavender’s blue,
Dilly dilly,
Lavenders green.

When I am King,
Dilly dilly,
You shall be Queen.

Who told you so,
Dilly dilly,
Who told you so?

T’was my own heart,
Dilly dilly,
That told me so.

Call up your men,
Dilly dilly,
Set them to work.

Some to the plow,
Dilly dilly,
Some to the fork.

Some to make hay,
Dilly dilly,
Some to cut corn.

While you and I,
Dilly dilly,
Keep ourselves warm.

Lavender’s green,
Dilly dilly,
Lavender’s blue.

If you love me,
Dilly dilly,
I will love you.

Let the birds sing,
Dilly dilly,
Let the lambs play.

We shall be safe,
Dilly dilly,
Out of harms way.

I love to dance,
Dilly dilly,
I love to sing.

When I am Queen,
Dilly dilly,
You’ll be my King.

Who told me so,
Dilly dilly,
Who told me so?

I told myself,
Dilly dilly,
I told me so.

14. “Your Mother and Mine” from Peter Pan

Well a mother, a real mother, is the most wonderful person in the world
She’s the angel voice that bids you goodnight
Kisses your cheek, whispers sleep tight
Your mother and mine
Your mother and mine

The helping hand that guides you along
Whether you’re right, whether you’re wrong

Your mother and mine
Your mother and mine

What makes mothers all that they are
Might as well ask what makes a star
Ask your heart to tell you her worth
Your heart will say, heaven on earth
Another word for divine
Your mother and mine
