Lasagna Roll-Ups are a great twist on the classic homemade lasagna we all love. Made with the same ingredients, it’s a recipe your family will be asking for over and over!

I made lasagna roll-ups as a “fancy dinner” for my parents when I was in high school. I was so proud of it because it paired great with the candlelight and elegant tablecloth. In college, when I was trying to impress my now-husband, this is the recipe I made for him. Let’s just say: it worked! Haha!

I love this recipe because it combines the classic lasagna ingredients with an effortlessly elegant roll, making it perfect for casual Sunday dinners, romantic evenings, and everything in between.
