Tater Tot Casserole is a staple for many of us here at This Blue Dress, and we wanted to share the recipe with you!
Easy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
1-1.5 lbs of ground beef
16 oz bag of frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
24 oz of tater tots
Diced onions (optional)
Canned mushrooms (optional)
Cook beef thoroughly and drain. If desired, add onions and mushroom pieces. Add a layer of frozen vegetables and one can of cream of mushroom soup. Spread evenly. Top with thawed tater tots. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium high, or until heated through.
